1) Super Green Morning Juice

Hold on! If you’re anything like me, the thought of a ‘Super Green Juice’ is an instant turn off. But before you jump to conclusions I dare you to give this one a go! It’s not only full of good stuff that helps kickstart your metabolism and helps give you that morning spring in your step, but it also helps your body with its natural daily detoxification process.

All you need is:

  • 1 Green Apple (Half-Skinned)
  • 1 Stick of Celery
  • 1 Handful of Kale
  • 1 Handful of Spinach Leaves
  • 1 Quater Cucumber (Half-Skinned)
  • 1 Handful of Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 Slice of Pineapple
  • 1 Tablespoon of Black Chia Seeds
  • Good Squeeze of Lemon Juice
  • 250ml – 300ml of Coconut Water
  • 4 Ice Cubes

I use my NutriBullet 1000 Series which works perfectly, however, any blender or juicer should work fine. I prepare all of my ingredients for the week and separate them into containers for easy prep (let’s face it, like most I’m lazy in the mornings). Just throw them in and blend for 30 to 45 seconds.
